WeThink (formerly Newmedia Design) has helped our clients to successfully introduce new products, services and company image campaigns to their customers. In the following sample projects, WeThink crafted all editorial and content for the promotional campaigns. New Worldwide Service Product Introduction

To work with Sun's internal start-up team to create a unique set of collateral materials that would successfully introduce Sun's SunSpectrum support program to customers worldwide. 

Background
When first introduced, Sun's new SunSpectrum product represented a break though approach to packaging, delivering and selling service to enterprise customers.

Product Naming 
Led product naming effort for the new service.

Information Analysis Analyzed a complex set of new features, product marketing and service messages.

Information Design Developed cohesive infor- mation design for a range of new collateral pieces.

Writing
Wrote eight-page customer brochure, six two-page pro- duct datasheets, and a comprehensive sales kit that the Sun sales force used to promote the new product.

To team with Diana Rich, Diana Rich Graphic Design, to shape a US market identity for Fratelli Ruffatti, a Padua, Italy-based pipe organ manufacturer.
